Common Clouds is a DTC startup in the skincare sector that combines a strong brand with a highly engaged community. Case overview

We closely collaborated with a beauty e-commerce startup specializing in facial creams and skincare products to drive sustainable and scalable growth. Our work began with implementing a comprehensive data infrastructure that allows for collecting, centralizing, and activating key information about user behavior and business performance. Based on this foundation, we designed and developed critical dashboards for decision-making, providing a clear and actionable view of key growth and profitability indicators.

In addition to the technical side, we also provided strategic and operational support in several key areas of marketing and team management. We iterated and optimized their CRM to improve customer retention and lifetime value, and restructured their paid acquisition campaigns to maximize efficiency and return on investment. At the same time, we worked alongside the team to define a consistent content strategy aligned with the brand's goals. This integrated approach allowed us to establish a culture of continuous experimentation, where every initiative is managed as a project with clear objectives, defined ownership, and constant learning.

As a result of this work, the startup has managed to double its annual business volume, its average order value (AOV) has skyrocketed, significantly increasing penetration within its own customer base and consolidating a clear growth strategy. This progress is reflected not only in financial results but also in greater organizational maturity, where every team member understands their role within a shared vision and relies on trustworthy data for decision-making. Our collaboration has laid the foundation for a solid and well-structured expansion phase.
